At Fromal TTBMATH Distiller, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, digital assets, and applicable regulations, we generally do not accept returns once items have been shipped. Please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds. 

 

1. Non-Returnable Items 

• All alcohol sales are final once shipped or delivered. 

• Opened, partially consumed, or used products cannot be returned. 

• Digital assets (e.g., TTBM Coin, NFTs) are non-refundable once transferred. 

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders 

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of delivery. 

• You may be asked to provide photos or proof of the issue. 

• Verified claims may result in: 

• A replacement product, or 

• A refund or store credit, at TTBMATH’s discretion. 

 

3. Refund Processing 

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (credit/debit card, Stripe, or TTBMATH Coin). 

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and banking system. 

• Refund amounts exclude shipping and handling fees. 

 

4. Shipping & Handling for Returns 

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

• Ensure returned items are packaged securely to prevent further damage.
