These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, services, products, and digital assets, including ERP, e-commerce, TTBM Coin, NFT-based products, and community features. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. 

 

1. Eligibility 

• You must meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction to purchase alcohol products. 

• Businesses must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. 

• By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. 

 

2. User Responsibilities 

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or using services. 

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 

• Use the platform ethically, without attempting fraud, manipulation, or unauthorized access. 

• Respect community rules and other users’ rights. 

 

3. Ordering & Payment 

• Payments can be made using credit/debit cards, digital wallets, Stripe, and TTBMATH Coin. 

• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed. 

• Blockchain-based transactions are irreversible; TTBMATH is not liable for mistakes or disputes in digital asset transactions. 

 

4. Shipping & Delivery 

• Physical products are shipped according to applicable alcohol shipping laws. 

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to third-party carriers or legal restrictions. 

• Age verification may be required at delivery. 

 

5. Returns & Refunds 

• Returns for physical products are limited; contact support for damaged or incorrect items. 

• NFT or TTBM Coin transactions are final and non-refundable, unless errors occur on our platform. 

 

6. Intellectual Property 

• All content, logos, images, text, software, and digital assets belong to TTBMATH or its licensors. 

• Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited. 

• Ownership of NFTs or digital assets purchased does not transfer intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated. 

 

7. Privacy & Data Security 

• User data is collected, stored, and processed according to our Privacy Policy. 

• TTBMATH employs encryption, backups, and blockchain security to protect sensitive information. 

• Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable privacy laws is maintained. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability 

• Services are provided “as is.” 

• TTBMATH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 

• Liability is limited to the purchase price of products or subscription fees. 

• Users assume risks associated with cryptocurrency, NFTs, and blockchain transactions. 

 

9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law 

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of New Jersey, USA. 

• Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Passaic, New Jersey, USA. 

• Parties agree to negotiate disputes in good faith, followed by binding arbitration if necessary. Arbitration decisions are final and enforceable. 

 

10. Modifications 

• TTBMATH may update these Terms at any time. 

• Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 

 

11. Termination 

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms or illegal activities. 

• Termination does not relieve users from obligations incurred prior to termination.
